I earned the nickname Seven while hiking 2,200 miles cross-country in 2018.
I've successfully lost (and maintained) 75lbs on my own, and I've adapted an easier, healthier lifestyle.

I was a size 20 three years ago. I struggled with food, exercise, and motivation. I was constantly in a repeat inconsistent cycle: starving and overtraining, followed by binging and lacking motivation. I had a hard time finding a sustainable balance.
After years of being trapped in the cycle, I realized that I had to find a sustainable way to live. Being healthy and losing weight was not just about achieving statistical goals for six to twelve months. It was about living a sustainable lifestyle that allowed me to achieve my goals and live life at the same time.
